How does Zee.Dog's exchange policy work?
To request an exchange or refund, send an email to customer@zeedog.eu, indicating the order number, the date the purchase was made, and the product you wish to exchange or return.
You can request an exchange within 14 days of receiving the order. Please remember that the product must be returned in new condition, unused and undamaged, and complete with the original packaging.
Our customer support team will be happy to guide you step by step, providing you with all the necessary instructions to complete the procedure as quickly and efficiently as possible.
After receiving and verifying the return at our facilities, the exchange or refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. In case of a refund, the payment will be made to the order's payment method.
