Zee.Dog's warranty is designed to ensure your satisfaction and peace of mind during the purchase. It exclusively covers proven manufacturing defects.

Please note that the warranty does not apply in case of improper or incorrect use of the product, natural wear over time, negligence, or modifications that compromise the integrity of the item.

If you wish to activate the warranty, contact us via email at customer@zeedog.eu, attaching 2 photos and/or a video clearly showing the defect found. Our analysis department will evaluate the material sent to verify the validity of the request. If it is not possible to confirm the defect through the images, we may request the physical shipment of the product for further checks.

In case of defect confirmation, we commit to replacing the product with a new and identical one. If the original item is no longer available, a similar product will be provided. The warranty is valid for 180 days from the date of purchase. If the replaced product presents the same defect, the warranty period will be restarted.
